A tribute to the sea

In July and August we bring a tribute to the sea in Restaurant "De Veluwe". Our chef has selected the most delicious fish dishes. 

Oysters
“Zeeuwse Creuse” nr. 3 - per piece € 2,50 | per 6 pieces € 13,00

Starters
Bouillabaisse with Norwegian shrimp, seawolf and mussels -  € 6,75    

Carpaccio of swordfish, citrus vinaigrette, hazelnut and smoked mayonnaise - € 11,50    

Main dishes
Whole lobster - € 32,50
Canadian lobster from St. Mary Bay with lemon and garlic mayonnaise, served with French fries and lettuce

Dorade en Croute de Sel - € 22,50
Whole Dorade with rosemary and citrus, in the oven cooked in a salt crust. Note: the preparation of this dish takes about 20 minutes

Mussels - € 18,50
“Zeeuwse” mussels served in a French way with fries and sauces

Sea sole (500-600gr) - Special price during this month: € 30,00
