In January and February, besides the à la carte menu, we serve a delicious 3-course seasonal menu.

Paté of pheasant, croquette of game, radish, fig and fig compote, dried pork ham

Mozzarella of real buffalo milk served with Coeur de Boeuf tomato, different types of cherry tomato and basil tomato dressing

Soup of your choice (tomato, chicken, onion or soup of the season)

Shrimp cocktail with Norwegian and Dutch shrimps

Main courses

Schnitzel with sauce of your choice (mushroom sauce, béarnaise sauce, pepper sauce, red wine sauce, stroganoff sauce)

Game stew served with sauerkraut, mousseline and poached pear

Deer steak served with red wine sauce, mousseline and stew
