A successful drink, party or reception naturally requires a festive culinary offering. On this page you will find the culinary options for a festive gathering.
Seasonal Buffet
Our chefs work with fresh and seasonal products. So you will be surprised at any time of the year by the different dishes. Especially for larger groups, you can enjoy a seasonal buffet inspired by the dishes of the season. The seasonal buffet is a buffet of hot and cold dishes (fish, meat, and vegetables) ending with a dessert buffet.

The seasonal buffet is served for groups of 25 people or more.
Brunch buffet
A festive aperitif upon arrival, followed by a seasonal soup, served at the table.
Duration: 2 hours

Selection of refined small starters
Salad bar with various lettuces, dressings, and garnishes
Various smoked fish and cold meats
Various hot fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes

3-course dinner
Would you prefer to enjoy a multi-course menu with your group in our restaurant? Each season, our chef puts together a three-course menu consisting of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Your guests can put together their own menu, which will be served in our restaurant on the ground floor.
Cost of 3-course menu: €42.50 per person

Shared dining
Enjoy the shared dining concept with your party. Our kitchen team prepares delicious three-course meals that are served at the same time.
The shared dining concept consists of the following dishes:
Starters:
Beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, arugula, Parmesan cheese
Fruits de mer/seafood platter
Buffalo mozzarella with tomato and pesto
Bread board with various dips
Main courses:
Grilled steak with red wine sauce
Cannelloni stuffed with seasonal filling
Fish of the day with seasonal vegetables
Vegetable Wellington with a cream of celeriac
Desserts:
Tiramisu
Panna cotta

The shared dining concept is available for groups of 25 to 50 people.

Walking dinner
Would you like to enjoy delicious, small dishes? The walking dinner consists of five courses as standard for €45.00 and can be extended to a maximum of 10 courses. Ideal to combine with a drink, reception, or party evening!
The following dishes will be served for the walking dinner:
Steak tartare with truffle mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese
Salmon sashimi with oriental salad and yuzu mayonnaise
Tom kha kai soup with bean sprouts, peanuts, and mushrooms
Entrecote with onion, mushrooms and gravy
Panna cotta with red fruits and vanilla ice cream
