ROOMS

Individual room reservations
For reservations of up to 7 rooms

No charges will be made for cancellations up to 24 hours before the arrival date (3 p.m.) (with the exception of the Blissful Christmas Package and the Four Days Marches Package). If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged. The same applies to no-shows.

 

For reservations of 8 rooms or more < €1,000

• Up to 6 weeks before the start date Free cancellation
• Up to 4 weeks before the start date 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before the start date 75% of the reservation value
• Up to 1 week before the start date 85% of the reservation value
• Within 1 week before the start date 100% of the reservation value
• No-shows 100% of the reservation value

 

For reservations of 8 rooms or more €1,000 to €5,000

• Up to 8 weeks before the start date Free cancellation
• Up to 6 weeks before the start date 40% of the reservation value
• Up to 4 weeks before the start date 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before start date 75% of the reservation value
• Up to 1 week before start date 85% of the reservation value
• Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value
• No-shows 100% of the reservation value

 

For reservations of 8 rooms or more > €5,000.

• Up to 12 weeks before the start date Free cancellation
• Up to 8 weeks before the start date 25% of the reservation value
• Up to 6 weeks before the start date 40% of the reservation value
• Up to 4 weeks before the start date 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before the start date 75% of the reservation value
• Up to 1 week before start date 85% of the reservation value
• Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value
• No-shows 100% of the reservation value

 

MEETING ROOMS

For reservations < €1,000

• Up to 6 weeks before start date Free cancellation
• Up to 4 weeks before start date 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before start date 75% of the reservation value

• Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value

For reservations from €1,000 to €5,000

• Up to 8 weeks before start date Free cancellation
• Up to 6 weeks before start date 40% of the reservation value
• Up to 4 weeks before start date 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before start date 75% of the reservation value
• Up to 1 week before start date 85% of the reservation value
• Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value

For reservations > €5,000

• Up to 12 weeks before the start date: Free cancellation
• Up to 8 weeks before the start date: 25% of the reservation value
• Up to 6 weeks before the start date: 40% of the reservation value
• Up to 4 weeks before the start date: 60% of the reservation value
• Up to 2 weeks before start date 75% of the reservation value
• Up to 1 week before start date 85% of the reservation value
• Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value
• No-shows 100% of the reservation value

 
Changes in number of guests (meeting and F&B packages)

• Up to 4 weeks before the start date Maximum 50% reduction possible from the original number of guests
• Up to 2 weeks before the start date `             Maximum 25% reduction possible from the original number of guests
• Up to 1 week before the start date Maximum 10% reduction possible from the original number of guests
• Increase in number of guests Possible based on availability

 

* We serve our lunch buffet for groups of 25 people or more. If the total number of guests is less than 25, your lunch will automatically be changed to an à la carte lunch.
