The Uniform Terms and Conditions for Hospitality (UVH) are the terms on which hospitality businesses established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and related companies, provide hospitality services and enter into hospitality agreements. Cancellation conditions rooms & halls

ROOMS
Individual room reservations For reservations up to 7 rooms
For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the arrival date (15.00 uur) no charges will be applied (except for Zalig Kerst Arrangement and the Vierdaagse Arrangement). If you cancel with us within these 24 hours, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged. The same applies to no-shows.

For reservations of 8 rooms or more < €1.000,-

  • Up to 6 weeks before the start date                       Can be canceled free of charge

  • Up to 4 weeks before the start date                       60% of the reservation value

  • Up to 2 weeks before the start date                       75% of the reservation value

  • Up to 1 week before the start date                          85% of the reservation value

  • Within 1 week before start date                   100% of the reservation value

  • No-shows                                                               100% of the reservation value


    For reservations of 8 rooms or more €1.000,- to €5.000,-

  • Up to 8 weeks before start date                       Free to cancel

  • Up to 6 weeks before start date                       40% of the reservation value

  • Up to 4 weeks before the start date                       60% of the reservation value

  • Up to 2 weken before start date                       75% of the reservation value

  • Up to 1 week before the start date 85% of the reservation value

  • Within 1 week before the start date                   100% of the reservation value

  • No-shows                                                                 100% of the reservation value


    For reservations of 8 rooms or more > €5.000.

  • Up to 12 weeks before the start date                    Free cancellation

  • Up to 8 weeks before start date                       25% of the reservation value

  • Up to 6 weeks before the start date                       40% of the reservation value

  • Up to 4 weeks before start date 60% of the reservation value

  • Up to 2 weeks before start date                        75% of the reservation value

  • Up to 1 week before the start date                          85% of the reservation value

  • Within 1 week before the start date                 100% of the reservation value

    HALLS

  • For reservations < €1.000,-

  • Up to 4 weeks before the commencement date                       60% of the reservation value

  • Until 2 weeks before start date                        75% of the reservation value

  • Until 1 week before the start date                        85% of the reservation value

  • Within 1 week before start date 100% of the reservation value

  • No-shows                                                         100% of the reservation value


    Changes in number of guests (meeting and F&B arrangements)

  • Up to 4 weeks before the commencement date Maximum 50% reduction possible of the original number of guests

  • Up to 2 weeks before the start date       `             A maximum 25% reduction of the original number of guests is possible

  • Up to 1 week before the start date A maximum 10% reduction of the original number of guests is possible

  • Increase in number of guests                          Possible subject to availability

 

* We serve our lunch buffet for groups of 25 or more. If the total number of guests remains below 25, your lunch will automatically be changed to an à la carte lunch.
