On this page, you will find all important information for during your stay in this Vierdaagse week.

Breakfast
Especially for our Vierdaagse guests, we offer the breakfast buffet at adjusted times, from 2:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Lunch package
Did you order a breakfast or lunch package? Then you can assemble the lunch package yourself during the breakfast buffet upon presentation of the voucher. If you did not order a lunch package but would like one, you can order it at the reception for €7.50 per package.

Snacks
After a long walking day, a small snack is ready for you in our lobby every day upon your return.

Dinner
During the Vierdaagse, we serve a 3-course choice dinner for you in our restaurant + varying daily menu. Two times are available for this at 5:00 PM or 7:30 PM. The table will be ready for you from this time. You can report to the entrance of the restaurant. The dinner (at €42.50) is included in the arrangement upon presentation of the dinner voucher. If you arrive later than the start time, please note that the table may be needed again at 7:30 PM for the next guests. The kitchen closes every day at 10:00 PM.

If you have invited family and friends on the last day, the costs are: €42.50 per person.

Shared table dinner
This year, we again offer the possibility for guests staying alone in the hotel to use the shared table during dinner. If you have chosen this option, we will direct you to the right table in the restaurant on the spot.

Shuttle service
In the Vierdaagse return form, you have indicated your desired shuttle service times for all days. We kindly request you adhere to these times as much as possible. If availability permits, it is possible to travel earlier or later by bus. The list with desired shuttle service times for all days is ready at the reception.

The shuttle service is provided by: ABC-Taxi

The drop-off and pick-up location in Nijmegen is the Berg en Dalseweg near Meester Franckenstraat.

On Friday, the boarding location for the shuttle bus is different from other days due to the downtown crowd. You will be picked up on Friday afternoon at Meester Frankenstraat near Staalmanstraat/Regentessestraat.

The shuttle service is provided by ABC Taxi. During boarding at the hotel and at the drop-off and pick-up location, an ABC Taxi employee is present as a contact point.

Fitness & wellness
You can use our fitness and wellness facilities free of charge. Both areas are open from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and you can pick up an access pass at the reception.

Massages & blister treatment
Based on the various requests, we will schedule the treatments. Upon arrival, a list is ready with the general schedule, and our masseurs determine the exact schedule on-site. If you have not made a reservation, you can always check with the masseurs on the day to see if there is still a spot available.. Massages take place on the 2nd^{floor in rooms 7, 8 & 9} .

The masseurs are present on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Both massages and blister treatments must be paid for in cash on-site.

Check-out
Are you checking out early Friday morning to walk the last kilometers? To avoid long queues, we request you to settle the outstanding bill at the reception on Thursday evening. You can leave luggage in room 1 on Friday.

Vierdaagse 2027
Did you enjoy your stay and want to use our hotel facilities again next year during the Nijmegen Vierdaagse? From Monday, July 27th, our Vierdaagse package for 2027 will be online on our website, and you can reserve your stay via www.hotelarnhem.nl/arrangementen. Note: don't wait too long and act quickly!
