Lunch buffet
From Monday through Friday, you can enjoy the rich lunch restaurant "De Veluwe".

Dinner buffet
In a dinner buffet, you choose the dishes that are presented on tables in a luxurious manner. The buffets below can be booked for groups of 20 people or more (the meeting buffets start at 10 people).

  • Grilled guinea fowl with veal gravy and onions
  • Stir fried marinated beef tenderloin strips

Sports buffet € 17,50 p.p.

Especially for our sportive guests, we have put together a buffet that fits with an active lifestyle.

Chicken soup or tomato soup

Hot items

  • Spaghetti served with fresh tomato or bolognese sauce (with ground beef) and Parmesan cheese
  • Fried chicken breast served with ribbon pasta and stir-fried vegetables,
  • Fried salmon fillet served with ribbon pasta and Bearnaise sauce (served separately)
  • Various vegetable salads (dressing served separately)

Apple juice, mineral water without sparkles, coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurt

Walking or Family Style dinner € 37,50 p.p.

Let your guests enjoy a culinary journey! You can compose your own dinner consisting of three starters, three main courses and one dessert*. The dishes are served on different plates, bowls and trays (walking) or at the table (family style).

* We would like to hear one menu choice for all guests.
