ADAPTED MEASURES

From November 28, at 05:00. stricter measures will apply in the Netherlands. On this page we would like to inform you about what these measures mean for your visit to our hotel and/or restaurant. 


COVID-19 admission ticket

When entering our hotel we will ask everyone from 13 years old to show a COVID-19 admission ticket in combination with a valid ID. When we have scanned your QR code and receive a green tick, you are welcome in our hotel, restaurant, terrace or in our halls. From November 28, we ask you to wear a mouth cap and to keep social distance. 

You will receive a COVID-19 admission ticket if you have been fully vaccinated, have a valid recovery certificate or a negative test result of no more than 24 hours old. For more information, visit Rijksoverheid.nl. 


Hotel guests

Hotel guests can use all hotel facilities! 

  • Restaurant and Bar-Brasserie close at 5pm. 
  • Roomservice is available until 9pm for dinner. We will not charge room service costs for meals, individual drinks can be picket up at the restaurant until 11pm and at the reception afterwards. 
  • Breakfast takes place at the restaurant on the ground floor. We use time slots to spread the number of guests during the buffet. In this way we try to avoid crowds at the buffet and give our guests the opportunity to distance themselves from each other and from our employees. Our reception staff will be happy to reserve a suitable time slot during check-in. 
  • Our fitness and wellness facilities are open until 10 pm. Reservations can be made at the reception desk. 
  • We kindly ask you to wear a mouth cap and keep social distance. 


Guests from outside

  • When entering our hotel we will ask everyone from 13 years old to show a COVID-19 admission ticket in combination with a valid ID. 
  • After scanning the QR code, you are very welcome!
  • Restaurant & Bar-Brasserie close at 5pm. 
  • We kindly ask you to wear a mouth cap and keep social distance. 

Meetings & gatherings

Do you have a (business) meeting or gathering plannend with us? We understand that the new measures may affect your gathering. We kindly ask you to send us any questions by e-mail. We will of cource contact you as soon as possible and we will ensure that you receive a response on all your questions as soon as possible.

Safe and comfortable

At Van der Valk, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees has the highest priority. In order to guarantee your health and safety, we would like to ask you to observe the following policy during your visit to our hotel:

  • Follow indicated walking direction and hygiene measures
  • Keep 1.5 meters distance from other guests and employees
  • Do not shake hands with fellow guests or hotel staff
  • Wash your hands regularly and in accordance with RIVM guidelines
  • Use paper towels to dry your hands
  • Cough and sneeze in your elbow and turn away from fellow guests and hotel staff
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless

Do you have symptons of a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or increase to 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel.
